Assalam-o-Alikum,
I saw that name for girls “Salikah” is in the list but “Salik” for boys is not. Is Salik even a name and if yes, then what does it mean? I know some people who have Salik as their name but not sure if its from Quran or what.

I am also interested in this name. From what I understand it means a traveller or wayfarer. A sufi on the path of knowledge is referred to as Salik.. also wondering if it is from Qur’an?
